3. Ticket Purchases
3.1. All ticket purchases are subject to the Official Rules of ATV Raffle 2025.
3.2. You must be 19 years of age or older and a resident of British Columbia to purchase tickets.
3.3. All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any ticket purchase at our sole discretion.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment must be made in full at the time of ticket purchase.
4.2. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the Website.
4.3. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided.
4.4. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
