Complete terms and conditions for ATV Raffle 2025
1. Eligibility
1.1. The ATV Raffle 2025 (the "Raffle") is open to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees, officers, and directors of Quad Riders ATV Association and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
1.3. Participants must provide valid identification upon request.
2. Raffle Period
2.1. Tickets will be available for purchase from January 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST until December 11, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST, or until all 10,000 tickets are sold, whichever comes first.
2.2. The draw will take place on December 12, 2026 at 3:00 PM PST at the Quad Riders ATV Association headquarters.
3. How to Enter
3.1. Tickets may be purchased online at canada-raffle.com or at authorized retail locations.
3.2. Each ticket costs $20 CAD.
3.3. There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase.
3.4. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
3.5. Tickets are non-transferable.
4. Prizes
4.1. Four (4) prizes will be awarded as follows:
- Grand Prize: 2025 Can-Am Outlander X MR 1000R (approximate retail value: $18,999)
- Second Prize: $10,000 Cash
- Third Prize: Complete Camping Package including trailer, tent, and gear (approximate retail value: $5,000)
- Fourth Prize: $2,500 Trail Gear Package
4.2. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash except at the sole discretion of Quad Riders ATV Association.
4.3. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, licensing, registration, and insurance costs associated with their prize.
5. Draw
5.1. The draw will be conducted by random selection from all eligible tickets sold.
5.2. Four (4) winners will be selected sequentially, one for each prize.
5.3. Once a ticket is drawn, it will be removed from subsequent draws.
5.4. The draw will be supervised by an independent third party.
5.5. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible tickets sold.
6. Winner Notification
6.1. Winners will be contacted via email and telephone within 24 hours of the draw using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
6.2. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of initial contact.
6.3. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected.
6.4. Winners will be announced on the ATV Raffle 2025 website and social media channels.
7. Claiming Prizes
7.1. Winners must provide valid government-issued photo identification and proof of ticket purchase.
7.2. Winners may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility, liability release, and publicity consent form.
7.3. Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winner notification.
7.4. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner or retained by Quad Riders ATV Association.
8. Publicity
8.1. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Quad Riders ATV Association is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries.
9.2. Quad Riders ATV Association is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, or garbled transmissions.
9.3. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this raffle or use of any prize.
10. General Conditions
10.1. This raffle is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.
10.2. Quad Riders ATV Association reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the raffle.
10.3. Quad Riders ATV Association reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the raffle.
10.4. All decisions made by Quad Riders ATV Association are final and binding.
11. Privacy
11.1. Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this raffle and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11.2. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Gaming Licence
12.1. This raffle is licensed by the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch of British Columbia under Licence #164166.
12.2. All proceeds support the charitable activities of Quad Riders ATV Association, a registered non-profit organization.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1. These rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
13.2. Any disputes arising from this raffle shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
